Transfer Rules:
Luggage: Sedan vehicles include space for up to 3 suitcases. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
Child Seats: Available upon request at €7 each (selectable in the booking form).
Pick-up Time: For airport transfers, please schedule your booking based on your flight’s arrival time.
Driver Waiting Policy: For airport arrivals, our driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 1 hour after landing at no extra cost. For pick-ups from hotels or private addresses, the complimentary waiting time is 20 minutes.
Extended Waiting: If you notify the driver of a delay and they are available, extra waiting time will be charged at €10 per 15 minutes.
No-Show Policy: If more than 1 hour passes without contact and the driver is unavailable, the transfer will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
